July Letter from the founder and fellow Writer…Interrupted!

I’m still struggling to find those lazy days of summer! How about you?

My plans of getting caught up on scrapbooking, creating some ebooks and finishing my juvenile adventure book has been put aside to make room for planning ICRS interviews (over two dozen wonderful authors which I will sharing with you this fall)  and packing up for an unexpected moved including those scrapbooks supplies!

Though life is interrupted, I’m finding time to relax in the backyard, watching the kids swim in our big pop-up pool while I edit or write out those interview questions.

It’s also been a summer of waiting as I wait to hear from agents, our bid on a home, and various writing opportunities. I can’t wait to get away to Orlando for ICRS so I can leave all the waiting and working behind and just relax and have fun!

Through all the distractions of life, I’ve managed to revamp the Family, Faith and Friends page with great sites to help you along your life’s journey. So check it out!

Through all this craziness and waiting I’ve somehow found a peace that transcends all understanding. A peace that only comes from Jesus. It’s so awesome not to feel the churning in my gut over circumstances I can’t control.
